That could be a good option, but be really careful with the contracts. It's important to ask a lawyer to review them to avoid any issues related to trafficking. Always make sure you're buying the rights to the content and not putting the model in a situation where she’s working for a "salary." Legal clarity is key in this type of arrangement.

The Main "Mother Account" is used for the model. and the other slave/child accounts are used to redirect traffic to the main account.

You can do the follow-unfollow method on the accounts get them warmed and then you'll see the compounding effect getting good traffic. It'll take minimum 2 weeks before you start seeing results. 10 actions per day on a single account will be good for the warmup. But make sure you don't target the same audience as it'll result in people thinking its a scam and reporting it.

Don't use automation it never works.

Don't use the main account for scraping as it'll get the account banned, use 4g proxies to reduce the banning for the slave accounts. A VERY trusted profile with good followers converts traffic into subscribers.
 
Use discord and avoid spammy mass messages as they are conditioned to ignore them. Start the convo like you would with a normal human being. Best bet is to convince girls to start of instead of taking over brands
 
A black hat method that you can use is to create a website about your agency and run some google ads campaign and get models information in a form. Otherwise start an AI model

I can`t agree more with this method
do it organically, be interested in their struggles, and just be friendly
and of course do not send long copy paste messages !
one thing I can add to that is put in your bio that you located in New York or Los Angeles
