OnlyFans Management Journey

Hello everyone, this's my first post here I'm going to keep my diary here talking about my achievements and failures (which is just as important) in the OFM realm.

I started getting interested not too long ago and got my first model in September, we started working around mid September and it was more of an experimentation time. Full immersion into the work started in October and I got some results for this month. The income from two pages amounted to 3885.42$ and also 750$ in PayPal transfers.





I got I'd say 3 sources of traffic: Twitter on the paid page and SFS on the free one, I also got fans from some chats on Telegram.
My model got 1500$, 467$ was spent on SFS traffic. That's all expenses without taking into account the very insignificant ones like proxies etc. I was the only chatter myself.


In conclusion of October:
Income amounted to 4635.42$



Expenses:
1) The model's salary: 1500$
2) Traffic and consumables: 500$
3) My salary as a chatter: 4.635*0.25 = 1.159$

Thus, the profit in October amounted to 1.416$ (about 4% is spent on withdrawal fees).


This month I'm going to get more active with Twitter and start utilizing other traffic sources like Reddit, TikTok and Instagram. I'll share the results here and explaining my traffic and chatting strategies. I hope this helps someone as much as this forum helped me at the beginning of my journey!

Good luck with your journey; will be keeping an eye on this thread! What exactly are you doing with Twitter besides SFS? And how do you intend on utilizing IG traffic later this month? Any specific methods/strategies?

Thank you! I'll do a more detailed post about Twitter. In short, I don't do R4R for now, just repost videos from TikTok and leave comments with sexy pictures under other models' posts.
I'm not sure about the strategy in Insta yet, I'll probably emphasize Reels. What would you recommend?

I basically use a method I've coined as the "instainfantry method". It's similar to M/S in some regard but instead of attempting to redirect traffic to a "main" page, you simply treat each slave as its own main standalone account. Any new followers that arrive, instead of using your "Welcome DM" to send them to another IG, you can instead funnel them directly to OF via link in bio. I know of some guys that even place chatters to manage the DMs of each individual IG account and manually interact with each lead instead of sending a boilerplate, generic DM each time. I'm sure that can also boost conversion rates pretty significantly. Most of the traffic generation is done entirely through story reactions since you're able to do about 2.2k of them safely per day whereas any other major action like follows,likes,etc. you'll be lucky to do even a couple hundred on before getting action blocked.

There's honestly a ton of different variations you can implement to this strategy but this is just the most generic version of it. I'm still experimenting with it to see what can be optimized/refined but as it currently stands, I think it's one of the better strategies for IG. It appears to be far more organic than doing somethin akin to Mass DMs (which I think a lot of users have become desensitized to over the years) and it's way better for account longevity as well.

Hi guys, this's my second post here. I'm going to talk about my results in my second month of work, my mistakes, experiments and conclusions.
The income from two pages amounted to 3032.41$ and also 275.54$ in PayPal transfers.

Everyone loves numbers, so let's talk about them right away and then draw conclusions.
In conclusion of November:
Income amounted to 3,307.95$


Expenses:
1) The model's salary: 1500$
2) Traffic and consumables: 520.2$
3) My salary as a chatter: 2950*0.25 = 737.5$
4) The salary 2 other chatters: 357.95*0.25 = 89.5$

Thus, the profit in October amounted to 440$ (about 4% is spent on withdrawal fees).

The main conclusion is that finding a good chatterer is harder than finding a good model!
I've experimented with chatters, I've interviewed them, I've told them what my end of the page is. But the vast majority of people just don't know how to sell. Their sales are very aggressive and not focused on a long term relationship with the fan. I've never been able to explain that to them and it's my fault.

I also often see people offering 7-15% of sales to chatters. You won't be successful by offering that kind of percentages. Maybe it will work on very high traffic pages with $50k or more in revenue, but in other cases it just won't work. It's really hard work and only money can be a motivator. In the graphs you can see my burnout periods from this activity or the work of my former chatters
Also, many people sell aggressively because they only get a percentage and they are constantly worried that they didn't sell today or made few sales. Probably hourly pay + some percentage of sales would work even better than just 25% for some types of people. I'll be trying this out.

So if you have good traffic but sales aren't coming in, the problem is most likely that your chatters aren't handling customers well. Analyze it and make the right conclusions. The more you invest in your chatters the more you will get, never skimp on this.

I only used 1 source of traffic in November and that was SFS. I didn't have time to do it on my own.
Now I'm going to work with Reddit, TikTok, Twitter, and Instagram. I'll share the results anyway and tell you what's worth doing and what you shouldn't waste your time on.

You very rarely find good chatters with commission only because only thing they have in mind is "I need to get this sale to afford food!".

Worst mistake people do is cheap out on their personnel and end up just losing the great ones when someone who knows the game goes in and basically triples what they make with you. Has happened to us and we have also done that to others.

I’m following because I love to see all aspects of a field of work, I come from a CSR/CSR success management background and was interested in reading more about being an OF chatter and I’ve seen tons of reviews of how hard it is to acquire chatterers that keep the customers interest because of the commission/wage.

I didn’t realize that the retention of the customer is detrimental with the subscriptions if there’s no interactions. I believe with the initial start up costs you had it took a more of a hit in the beginning but your revenue is definitely increasing! Awesome work!
