Hi all,
Absolute BHF newbie here - going to preface by giving a short intro.
I've been working in white-hat eCommerce for many years, little while ago I exited a brand, took time off, travelled, got some perspective & really honed in on what my personal goals are and what I want my life to look like. Now getting back into the mix with full force!
I recently read a similar thread by another user, and thought it would be fun to document my journey. I'll try to do updates twice weekly, but will mostly update when there is something to talk about) My goal here really is to network, share my screw-ups and offer a different perspective towards making money with OnlyFans.
Firstly, I'm going to outline my goals with this journey:
1. Lifestyle; having a network of beautiful, socially-present women is an asset. I'm sure I don't have to explain why that is.
2. Fun; after working in DTC for so many years, you realize that the "eCom Founder" is really an archetype of its own, I still love the industry, but the characters you have to work with can be a bit exhausting.
3. Exit potential; service based business are cool, but my goal is to take a fat exit. I am not interested in creating a job for myself.
Now, to the fun part. The OF management model is great, but I felt the need to differentiate. Lots of agencies out there already, and I don't want to have to compete against you guys - I think everyone is better off collaborating.
So, I've spent the last week writing offers, trying to figure out exactly how I want to approach this. Here is the rundown:
I've started a marketplace ecommerce-as-a-service business, where I will be helping OnlyFans agencies and models sell physical products to their fans. Won't get into the nitty & gritty of the offer, but think Belle Delphine & bathwater. From my end, we take care of every essential process when it comes to selling things online - sourcing, fulfillment, CS, backend marketing, payment processing, CRO, product development, etc. All my clients would have to do is work with me to figure out exactly what they want to sell & drive traffic to our landers through OF/IG and any other social profile they have.
The reason why I've decided to go down this path:
1. Solid value offer; as an OF model/agency, you have very little time/money investment. Few meetings here and there, sit back, and collect profits.
2. Not competing with management agencies; I really am not interested in competing with agencies, much more money to be made through collaboration.
3. Exit potential; this one is completely selfish, but having a centralized marketplace under my domain would allow me to have some exit potential.
Some stats since starting last week:
1. Through personal network, found a girl who's happy to be first client. She ended up also wanting me to manage her - wasn't my intention, but I'll take it.
2. Started TG outreach to management agencies & models yesterday; 20% discovery call booking rate. Super, super happy with this. Will update once I have some actual conversations.
What's coming over the next 1-2 weeks:
1. Scale up outreach; need my calendar filled with discovery calls.
2. Optimize offer; as you can tell, my offer is still a bit scattered. Need to be able to explain all value points in 1-2 sentences.
TLDR; I'm starting an eCommerce marketplace to help OnlyFans agencies & models sell used panties to fans. Follow my journey!
PS. if you guys want me to fully explain the business model & value-offer, just let me know. Otherwise, hopefully next update will be more tangible
