Hello guys,
I have a solid budget and experience building online stores (both with Shopify and custom coding), as well as running social media ads on Facebook.
Right now, I’m looking for ideas on what products to sell. Initially, I considered starting my own clothing brand, but I realized it may be too complex to manage at this stage.
I’m not interested in dropshipping, I’d prefer to stock products myself and handle shipping locally to ensure faster delivery.
I’d really appreciate any suggestions you might have.
Thank you guys.

Get a free trial of sellthetrend and find out what's is trending and what is selling. You will be able to find winning products, a lot of them, but the problem is sourcing and shipping.
There are other spy tools like sellthetrend basically you need a ecomm spy tool.

but you could test with dropshipping to see which product pops off and then brand and hold stock

Since you already have experience with Shopify, coding, and Facebook ads, you’re ahead of most beginners. I’d personally avoid clothing at the start too because sizing, returns, and inventory management can get messy fast.

You might do better with niche products that are easy to ship and brand locally — things like home accessories, car gadgets, pet products, fitness accessories, desk setup items, or kitchen tools.

I’d focus on solving one specific problem or targeting one audience instead of building a general store. Faster local shipping + good creatives + strong Meta ads can still work really well in 2026.

Use dropshipping as your purchasing logistics, and always stock locally between 3-5 as your minimum, and scale up if you get more orders. You can then offer like a 7 day window delivery, and still have time for if you suddenly run out, the order you put though last week is due in the next couple of days.

I recommend having your product and packaging labels/boxes, thats priceless.
