Thanks for the support everyone, remember shoot me your messenger contact in your pm's so we can link up and chat a bit about this.
I am interested in something like this, but only with a small group of serious and reputable people or people who are already in the music industry or have contacts in it located in the UK/USA/Canada preferably for legal reasons. If any reputable people are possibly interested in getting in on this with a group of only 3-5 members, please send GreenGoblin a PM and let him know.
This sounds like a cool project, best of luck GG. I am sure you will turn this out great.

Iam in between some big projects now, may be we should speak on skype sometime and work out a plan.
You are right. I got nothing against anyone who I can sue and have my country and your country come to diplomatic resolutions over legal matters and extradite you should you commit a crime against me haha. Also, somewhere I can fly to and kick you in the teeth and feel safe about it should you ever try to rip me off. I have nothing against anyone from any country, but I want to me sure my country and your country are friendly enough in legal matters.
Few Questions for you GG:
GG, What city are you in?
And has the lawyer you hooked up handled or brokered any artist contracts yet?
And what genre are you trying to do this for?
Also, if I may add, you may want to look at doing more of a "production compnay" then say a "record label".
It'll be easier to say, build up an artists career and THEN sell it to a label once you get enough buzz for them. (ala Justin Beiber, etc.)
Or, maybe start up a management company, or get into promotions and start a promotion company geared specifically towards record companys.
Its not that easy to start a record company anymore unless you have BOTH:
A. Hundreds of thousand to Millions in Capital
B. Connects and relationships (YOUR relationships, not through a third party).
Those are two basic rules, and everything else falls inbetween those two.
You might want to look at management, vs. say, building a record company. It would be a faster turnaround for you, IF you have an artist a record label (the BIG THREE as they are called) would actually take interest in.
But yeah, just wanted to add my two cents in that!
Oh, one more thing; Get your ass to LA, New York, Atlanta or nashville (if your doing country). If your in europe, I think thats Londen or sweaden, but since I don't live there I can't tell.
But yeah, 90% of your time will be spent networking. So be prepared.
