1) the blocking in red is because of google, use a get parameter that will load a cookie and only share the link with the get parameter when buying traffic. this will prevent bots and crawlers to automatically flag your domains.
2) blocks of the domains can't be bypassed, if someone reported and the ICANN or organization overseeing your domain wants, it will be taken down and there is nothing you can do about it.
3) use inspect element and browse your script/website on the browser and check for any request that is being sent to the bank, usually most of them include javascript that phones home and have a script to report every website which origin is not the original. good luck

You didn't understand what I meant. I actually meant a hosting company that will ignore blocking the hosting plan even after seeing the online banking.
