Ongoing issue with Bing Ads Coupons usage & Bing Ads (new) account creation : Updates Here

As we all know, as of a week ago, we cannot use more that 1 coupon in 1 Bing Ads account AND any new Bing Ads account, gets suspended (banned) within a few hours, even though it may comply with ALL the policies.
We are all affected and I have created this thread for us to share ANY updates, whatsoever, so that we do not go hunting to different places, in order to get updates.
So guys, please post your updates here.

Dude, there's no further updates. This is not a temporariy or one-off issue. Bing ads has updated their site terms regarding coupons and this is the way it's going to be. Time to move on.

That is an update regd the coupons issue .... fine.
What about account creation issue ?
Right now, are you aware of what is going on ?
Let us say you have NEVER used Bing Ads and you create a new account with a new fresh credit card added and add a campaign (fully compliant with all editorial policies)
Even in such a case, guess what ?
Account gets banned (suspended) within a few hours.
Perhaps we can share updates on this.
Move on .... this is a great idea .... But, where there is a will, there is most probably a way ...or things change .... who knows Bing may again change things .... or may be not ... whatever, let us share any updates, if possible.

yeah this has just happened to me, I created new bing account with private vpn loaded in $100 coupon and started new cpa campaign. About 10 minutes later my acc got suspended

i am always playing with any kind of solution

does any one know about the new coupons like 150, 200 and 250?

I can make the accounts if someone has proxies that work with Bing
