Hey 400 views per day is not bad at all :)

Check the keywords they are using for the uploaded videos. Also the video quality is important. Your video should entice users to share it with others.

Dude 400 views a day is good. But the big people on YouTube have over a million subscribers....?

Think about it, they upload a video, at least half their subscribers are going to watch it. Thats why all their videos have 500k+ usually.

Answer is simple: They work for youtube, create trends etc.. their accounts are managed by YT employees or by free lancers of some sort. There is a second possibility actually: they don't know they work for youtube (= no money spent by youtube) and since we all know YT is broke it could very well be the situation here.

1 M views is impossible to make without a big push behind your back if you ask me.

They do not work for YouTube.

Their accounts are not managed by YT employees or free lancers.

Do you get pleasure from making stuff up?

How do you know they're not Mr Know-it-all. I'm tellin' you all this is not possible to get that many views so quickly. It's called Common sense.

I certainly can't say this for all the top you tubers but plenty of the ones with lots of subscribers got to the top by using automated systems to boost their view counts and add extra comments.

I'm not saying these people don't also provide content that many people enjoy, it is just the fact that they took advantage of the lack of bot detection in the early days of you tube and that gave them the initial popularity.

I don't think the big you tubers work directly for google but in a way you could say they do since google pays them and in turn a part of the reason why you tube is so popular is because of these "you tube stars"

With 400 views/day and a quick reminded to sub/comment/share etc...You can build up quite a fanbase!

This, 400 views is a very good amount per day. RWJ though joined in 2008 I believe and is already the 5th most subscribed I think. That's a huge accomplishment in just 2 years he might have used some help somehow.

Because what you are saying is absolutely stupid. It is possible to get views that quickly because guess how many subscribers they have? Over a million freakin subscribers. The reason why their videos get so many views is because you will find that just about all of the big YouTubers are in the Humor niche. Black Hatters will never make it into the big time like that because what we post isn't ever really entertaining, and after reading some posts here, most of the stuff you guys post isn't even original. I make sure everything I post is original and branded and kept some what entertaining with some side humor and good, fitting, music.

    They work for youtube...? really?
I can easily get thousands of views and it's not because I work for youtube. It's because people actually like my shizz. I'm a musician and my youtube is me playing songs on the piano, I cover a big band and bam, tons of views right there, not because of youtube, but because people like bands like three days grace and fall out boy enough to look for acoustic covers of their songs. Then if they really like it they share it with their friends or facebook it. It's all about quality content and what the viewers want when it comes to youtube
