Hello, I am working on a program that creates a video from just a single sentence. I am planning on making a paid release sometime in the future, but for now just looking for ideas. What you guys would want such program be able to do? Most important features? Here is a rough demo of the current version:

- Option to select the number of videos.
- Support additional AI voiceover services APIs.
- Auto post to TikTok, YouTube, etc..
 
1. Upload custom pre-written text
2. Add your own source of images
3. Add prompts and connect to a local version of stable diffusion (or log into your discord and use mid-journey to generate images)
 
Looks like you also need the text editor. Some texts have some errors. Good luck with the project!

Already have 2 ways to upload to YouTube.
1. Using the official API and authentication
2. Using browser automation

Added options to select video resolution (480p, 720p, 1080p, 4k) and background music file.
Will add an option for aspects ratio, custom text & logo shortly.

Not sure if adding an ability to use AI generated images is necessary as they do take a long time to generate and sometimes are low quality.
 
I've made some progress since my last post, now you can use DALL-E to generate images and enlarge them with on-device upscaling. Do you think a this would make more sense as a one-time purchase desktop application or an online SAAS? It would obviously be cheaper to share as a stand alone app, but a lot of people don't even have PC's these days, so maybe a website would make more sense. Anyway, will be looking for 1-2 testers soon. I decided to release the YouTube/TikTok uploader as a separate free extension, because things on these platforms change quickly and are difficult to stay on top. Any other features you'd like to see?

Interesting.
This is gonna take up my job soon as video editor. Lolz.
Or may be if it’s paid version then i would be able to ease my efforts of making videos easily and do it for others.

You can make app to online SaaS with subscribtion, and you have to create an API so that you can collaborate with other developers


like my app, there is some collaboration with other programmers

A lot of you seem to be worried about the voice in the first video, so here is a sample from the new version.
 
This should be a SAAS because you'll have to evolve and offer better type of videos not just slideshows.

I think I will release the standalone program for a one-time fee and use the backend to work on a SAAS web app as that will take much longer and be more expensive.
 
Transitions - there is over 400 javascript transitions, bunch of them you can see in LayerSlider for WP, check them you can find at least 50 nice transitions between images / short videos for this purpose. Also voice is retarded, try to connect Amazon text-to-speech service, literally no difference from human speak, intonations, male-female, accents etc
Later you can make image sets for niche-specific videos, generic images for real-estate, dentists, local small services etc. Plus option that people can set their transition effects, images, select voice male / female, etc
