It is not my business, but just curious.

Why make sticky a thread with a method older than internet > this
And not make sticky something really interesting like > this

On which criteria you pick this?

Thank you!

My guess is something that could become a “method” or a process that is repeatable.

Probably finding a mistypo keyword is something everyone can easily apply. I did try to do something similar by doing a short keyword research on Ahrefs though.

This really amazing that I was thinking about this today and even tried to find some threads about this but could not succeed.

Hey @Meddie every week I see a thread from you and always you complaining for something..

Actually these threads are good for beginners, not everyone are experienced like you.

Chill out mate, don't be a cry baby

Cheers

I`m not complaining my friend, this section is dedicated to this type of thing, we just discuss, that`s a forum quintessence on roots, but I guess you don`t know even that, so I will cry for your arrogance again.

That is not a "beginner" method. A beginner method in SEO is what @fasttrak or @Geasy share, which are truly useful, not Google trends, which actually does not have a value, contrarily, you will fight with the biggest sharks in the world.

Why I keep trying, no clue ...

I don't know but if I were Damian I would just look at whatever got the most increase in views for that week and pin it rather than going through everything.

Oh sorry for my arrogance, I didnt mean anything bad.

I see now that you know everything, so if you have some info about economy for 2035 to 2039 let me know please.

I'll not comment anymore on this thread

Cheers

Maybe the mods havent seen that 2nd thread yet just like me

It's like Mc. Donald's secret sauce - there are some obvious bits (engagement and relevance) - some less so and then there is the pickle that makes it unique.
Most stickies are rotated every few weeks based on our secret sauce. Then there are others that are oldies but goodies that we review less frequently.

The two you mention, one in blogging one in white hat, wouldn't be considered comparable for the same sticky slot as they are in different subforums and would have different criteria.
