Simply Go to Google trend and type "review" and you will get a product which has been trending:-

Now, just write reviews on this product and you will get sales.

If you are a blogger and write tutorial then search "how to"

Write or create a video on this topic and get traffic.

You can also select your category. (I choose "Real Estate USA Here)

Search for "best" (& filter other country and category)

I was checking this yesterday, but for a couple of reasons, I couldn't wrap my head around how to find some neat keywords, this is the gem I am missing, thanks man, I appreciate a lot.

You have to do second level research.

Domain authority matters a lot if you're targeting these kws. The competition would be tough for most of them. However, you may find some fresh kws or gold nuggets. I'd suggest newbie bloggers or low DA sites to avoid this trick.
