Oldenstylehats Situation MUST READ!

If I was Oldenstylehats I would feel insulted and embarrassed a money request was made for me. Some people have offered advice and help and that should bring a smile back to him.

I wouldnt even consider donating money on the word of a nameless person, on behalf of a nameless person, whatever the reason, thats just common sense.

I am not doubting the illness and wish Oldenstylehats a speedy recovery but Im sure he will understand why I wont donate.

"My capitalism at it's ugliest" comment was directed to the medical services. My sister has a major illness which has a simple cure. Red tape is stopping her. They thing is, if they admit there is a cure, charity reps and drugs sales will have to find a better disease.

Old is not "nameless", neither is Harro. I do not know them personally but they are a big part of this community. Many people like them made this site what it is by DONATING their time and wisdom. No one said you had to donate and if you don't want to don't, no one cares if you do or don't.

I know the money I sent won't do shit for him but combined it may help ease the stress of a horrible situation. I know I haven't been able to give much to the community because I just don't have much to give back atm.

Just think if everyone thought the way you did this place would suck like most of the other forums that just repost rehashed shit. Why should they post to help nameless people like us?

Not knocking you it's your choice and nature the way you think. Just letting you know why I did donate to a person I do not really know.

this is just another example why it needs to be fixed. It sickens me think agents get bonuses to help kill people because, let's call it what it is. Every time agents "save" insurance company money by dropping someone and preventing them to get medical attention they need they will get pat on the back an sometimes nice bonus.

Seeing ppl here learning here how to make money and complaining about donating or bashing on others who can't donate $1000 is sad too.
Going out and spending money on meaningless material shit and than bragging about it without thinking and caring for fellow members or even just other people is horrible.

I donated, not much but I did as much as I could and I always give what I can.

Every charity or good deed is being rewarded at least ten fold.

How many have made nice income by implementing methods learned here, and how much of that money has been pissed away.

C'Mon it costs just $22 to sponsor a child in some countries. ! $22 a month - how many piss that away instead help support a child's education - health care, provide blankets, food what not.
How many piss hundreds away a month and pass by homeless people everyday without looking at them .

for less than $200 you could give someone Eye sight back by paying for eye surgery to remove cataracts in poor countries.

I know some will not agree but I don't care. I don't feel like going into some moral or health care arguments here.
Bottom line IMO if you care about fellow members you will help in whatever way you can, if its donating money, saying a prayer or whatever. If you don't want than Don't, simple.

For anyone that does not want to donate for any reason - keep your comments to yourself. This thread is not about BHW mods or members telling you to help a friend over other problems in the world. It's about asking to help someone who has dedicated a lot of time and effort into making you successful at making money online.

This is an extremely unfortunate situation that Olden is in right now. I truly wish I could donate but at the moment my paypal in in the negative by several hundred. Once I get paypal to fix my account I will donate whatever I can afford. I really hope he gets better soon!!!

I will make a donation soon, might give more next week when I get some $$$ in my Paypal.

Some tips about free treatment (if travelling is possible)

I agree with Harro: "Thousands of places in the world have free medical expenses. He paid insurance for the reason to get it now they screwed him over.
Whether he earns 6figures+ a year is not really important. It should be free. I would hate to be ill and having to worry about paying 6figures for what should be free worldwide."

I had been in Hospital after an accident last year (in my homecountry) and the travel-insurance didn't pay - you always know it afterwards (I didn't pay'em and I wont)

It is no help or solution for Oldenstylehats because they operste him already I guess, but as a hint for others who are in need for (urgent) treatment, I would travel to UK and get it free there...the hospital are FULL over here with native african family relatives who take the chance: it seems that Everybody is treated here free IF it's an urgent case!

REALLY???!! I would feel fantastic that people who mostly I had never met, and never would meet cared enough to help me out the best way that they were able.

We had a whip round at another forum I go to (not internet marketing) for a guy who had lost his home and was on the streets. Believe me he did not feel insulted or embarrassed, he felt extremely grateful and his faith was restored in human nature. He also felt warmer and more comfortable than he did before we did it. Before he felt completely dehumanized.

Just for the record guys, if I am ever in a bad situation, I WILL CATEGORICALLY NOT FEEL either embarrassed or insulted, so don't hold back
