Old website I need redone.

I have an old website that is over 500 pages in HTML. It has around 200 terms ranking in the top 10 now and another 150+ on page 2.

I am looking for someone who can help me resurrect this website with an updated WordPress site and only kee the quality content and 301 redirect all of the rest or I will rebuild the pages with updated content.

This site has been left for dead for years, so there is a lot of TLC this thing needs.
