Old is gold in google Search ! Strange

I have seen hundred of times, Old is gold in google Search which is Strange for me. if anyone make a site 5-6 months ago and make poor content..It will rank on top 3 keywords with-out any backlinks ?? How is this possible?

Any expert can you answer me ? I will Share keyword and website in PM. No Backlinks and poor 200 word content that it.

It means google Failing to rank according to quality ? I know age factor is important but What about quality ?

As said before - Google can`t detect the quality. It can only detect how you present the content (paragraphs, titles, bulletpoints, images, videos and so on). In some niches you can see websites dominating with 100k-400k+ pages of autogenerated content. Well that`s the quality what Google values

100% agree with you mate. I feel old is gold. Anyone write sh*t it will rank in age (Doesn't matter quality at all). Mate Check PM

It's much more than this! Check competitor's social activity. See the inner pages of the site, where have inner links - not just the on-page SEO of the ranked page. See what they have and you haven't - maybe social profiles linked on the page, sitemap and other OBL. See what synonyms/variants of the keyword they use in content. Consider what questions they answer with this short content, becasue this is very important factor today (google will not rank "buy my product", but e.g. "why you must have the product").

And yes, the age of the domain is from most important factors today.

Out of the thread: In the last few months I see that google deliver totally different results for each region - this is not fresh info, but now it provides different results for much more smaller regions - even for villages with less than 1000 citizens.

Yes, sometimes this difference is crazy. The material is unuseful, but in the top. On 21/4 will be a big update so we will see.

Because content isn't KING whern it comes to SEO, i now this is against what most of you have been told by your guru's, but the effect of conntent on rankings is a lot lesser then people think. (and i really mean a lot)

I have 3 Years domain 2 years ago was ranking very well I got in my best days 7K/D but it start dropping since then.
and today I'll be lucky if I got 150/D . for expired deleted domain I got worst results barely got 5 visitors/Dy .
So Aged domain means nothing there's millions of aged domains rank for nothing .
My best experience to ranking domains is I reach 3K.uv/Dy in 2 Weeks. yeah I did All Black hat methods in that domain and survive for 6 month before get manual action slap but after I make fortune from it . I which if that's days back's it was so easy .

can you pm me keywords with the url so i can check how they are ranking. it must be a high quality website. i daily see low quality classified ads rank for competitive keywords because of their high quality domains.

I don't think that is the case for every niche. It would be too easy to game if domain age played such a huge factor. Everyone will be using aged expired domains to fool Google.

For many of the niches I target, young websites that are about 1 year old rank perfectly fine. However, I do see trouble in ranking sites which are really young. Like a few months old. Just need to wait it out.
