I woud go for the 2nd one.
From my experience, in-active subs (subs that don't watch your video) don't have any positive effect on your channel.
Also, video views & engagement are much more impactful than channel age. In fact, I think aged channels have hardly any advantage compared to fresh ones.

Old one but only because random subscribers don't matter. Buying old accounts adds tremendously to your costs, and it's "common knowledge" that old accounts rank better... personally I did notice slightly better results on accounts that had previous videos on them. But 2006 vs. 2015 did not matter and one was a third of the price. Actually, fresh accounts worked just fine for me, despite everyone telling me they suck.
Tbh OP if you are whitehat, just make a new legit account to match your new legit videos, don't risk some fuckery like all of the account seller's accounts getting banned in a single wave (happened to OldPVA...)
