It's "lowly-skilled" on purpose. That way, the only ones falling for it would be absolute dopes who would actually hand over their financial details to a made up personality.
Sad to say though, most of their confirmed targets are the elderly ones. Being able to work with a financial firm, I get to deal with these victims on a daily basis.
From basic scams about a virus on their pc, to some sort of government agency threatening them to get sued if they will not buy some ebay cards. So yeah, poor oldies.
