Offshore VPS Hosting with cPanel

I have been asked to find a good webhost that offers offshore VPS hosting. He wants cPanel, either included or at an additional cost. WordPress optimized hosting is preferred if possible. Price is not a major issue as long as it is fair. About 3.5-5GB of space is needed and a large amount of bandwidth will be required. More than one site will be hosted so it is important to be able to host multiple domains with the VPS. Beginner VPS is preferred. Onshore hosting has been attempted and the account usually ends up terminated so offshore VPS hosting is needed here. Can anyone refer me to a good web host offering these services?

I am most impressed with Superbithost.com for their friendly, timely and helpful support. They have helped me get several sites up and running in no time.
Can say that this host is perfect for Bitcoin offshore VPS hosting. Their uptime is fantastic and ability to upgrade and downgrade is a plus.

Thanks for the recommendation, whiteblackseo. I am checking into hastehosting and demonvps. May I ask why you don't recommend PowerUpHosting? I need to attempt to find the best and fastest offshore hosting available.
