Hi

I am looking to create an offshore company with the following conditions:
  • I can be anonymous / have a nominee
  • Get a credit card under company name or with nominee name
  • Address with phone number of company
  • Low to 0 tax, as possible
  • Able to have a D-U-N-S Number later on
  • Lowest possible total setup costs
  • Good regulations, safety, security, stability of the country
  • Can arrange everything through online
  1. Which country would you advise to set this up?
  2. Any online offshore company formation specialists recommended? or should I work directly with a lawyer and/or account to set it up once I have chosen the country, instead of hiring an agency?
Thanks

Well, you require duns, that is US specific. You dont technically need offshore to achieve this. All that can virtually be achieved in the US. The tax part is just a case of creative accounting.

Or go online and pay your 2k to some online broker and see what shxt they give you. If you want good banking facilities forget about those brokers.

True but few ccountries known for offshore companies such as panama, so many people from across the world make companies there. Is not corrupt people do so just to hide taxes in their own countries?

It gets harder every year to evade taxes via an offshore company due to all the transparency regulations, so I wouldn't suggest trying (moral reasons aside). There are many other legitimate reasons for wanting to establish an offshore company.

As a US citizen, some of the standard options are Panama, Belize, the Seychelles. But I would ask a specialized lawyer or accountant, not random people in a forum or a dodgy "company formation specialist". Many of those don't know what they are doing, and that can often cost you alot more in the end than if you'd had done it right the first time.

Thanks for info. I mentioned duns but actually as far as I know any company, also outside of US should be able to get a duns.

Where in US like in Delaware or Nevada? And then hire a lawyer directly without any broker?

Thanks for info, good points.
I am non us citizen, I hope that brings more options.

So it would be better to find a lawyer or an accountant who is specialized in international company formation.

As a US citizen, many banks will automatically decline you due to the regulatory paperwork. You are just not worth the headache. Just because something is possible, doesnt mean it is realistic or doable. Panama is a solid option but also has its downfalls. Ever heard of the Panama Papers scandal? Point is, there is no one stop solution to your case as there are many variables.

Yes, a foreign company can get a duns technically. ever tried to get a duns and build credit yourself? Its pretty tricky.

Too many people think about the company formation part, giving no thought to the banking part. Whats the point having an offshore company with no bank account? Unless ofc its just a holding company

where are you located?

Generally, all of this can be achieved.

However, a lot would depend on your budget and what type of bank account you would need.
