Hello , any ideas how to get more customers for a HairDressing and Nails Salon?
Any tips or suggestions will be good , the business is based in UK , London .
It's hard to beat the salons with years of existence.

Tips for promoting this online ?
Campaings ideas ?

*I'm promoting already on facebook and instangram without having to big succes .
 
Advertise on BHW
1. pages like google review
2. seo .. it should be easy to rank on "hair saloon in london"
3. Offer free tea to your customers ..things like that plays an important role in "word of mouth advertising". Consider it as your marketing expense
4. Upload your hair cutting work on facebook /instagram
5. people love viral videos so set one of your customer on fire ..just kidding

Number 5 , noted.

It's more a nail salon and hairdressing so i got the point , we just doing the coffee stuff and everything. I think in the area where we have the business the competition is to high .

well nail saloon is easy to promote on insta and facebook...just target teenagers and dont forget to keep uploading your work

also make youtube videos on topics like how to do nails etc etc it will help you a lot
 
Once you are kinda established try to invite some trash celebrities for a small fee
offer flyers locally

You need to find a way to differentiate yourself from your competitors, specialize in something, general nail/hair salon is just too broad of a niche.

You've probably seen the mother cafe, maid cafe, fish cafe, dog cafe, cat cafe in Japan.
You need to open pet nail salon then you will have a specific set of customers who are looking for something different. It's a nail salon but there are pets roaming around freely, so the customers get to pet some animals while they get their nails done.
 
Start a Nail trend, if you got something different than others you will get customers

if all else fails, you can always go to Youtube and ask in comment sections of nail related videos

Have you try FB ads or Instagram ads, use placement radius, or reach per 1000 people for get aware about your business
 
What about pinterest ? Making a website for the service promoting it on pinterest will work?
 
All simple things work the best. Perhaps u can brainstorm some guerilla marketing idea.
 
I think you can do the following use your Facebook and Instagram and create fun and free content. I'm no expert but instead of just posting a picture that a new haircut its $X price only, you can post things like: tips for better looking nails, best hairdos for summer, etc. Offer your audience a reason to follow you, then when promotional posts come along, this could convert better for you in attracting more customers.

In Viral giveaways might work, just go some contest where someone can win free Men's/Women\s haircut.
 
Use google adwords, local ads pages, seo and etc. Also ask your clients for a reviews in fb page(their friends should see that they leaved review). Offer a tea or something for free to make client happy. Client will be happy if he will get a good service and something for free.

offer discount something to teenagers
ask your clients to give review about your saloon & you can buy tons of reviews for 10$ (like microworker sites pay 0.10$ to them for reviewing )
create a page and tell em about your saloon

Once if you done give me free franchise I'll open in my country
 
Offer discount/coupon to catch attention. OR contest for __ number of free hairstyle makeovers and then offer everyone else a % off coupon as a consulary prize
Have a video sharing what they'll experience, see, feel, who the owner is, etc when they visit? Maybe they want to emphasise small personalized or big professional
