Offer Wall for CPA Offers - Does It Still Work in 2013?

Hi Guys,

I came across a website the other day - it was a simple website plastered only with freebies and trial offers, stuff like that. I am wondering if it will work if I were to create a similar site like that just for simple email submit offers. Probably I may have to categorize it by countries or offer of similar nature. Problem is how am I going to drive the traffic? Will it be paid or organic? And what type of traffic will I need to target?

Any suggestions?

i think traffic is the big problem for any IM

you can drive traffic from links from your other sites.. you can upload some youtube videos... social networks... linkshares and etc.. lots of possibilities for driving traffic..
