Yes that's true, 99.9% that are "offshore" don't, and can't ignore copyrighted material on their servers. Anyway there are few that really ignore everything and don't give a F. what are you hosting, but their services are only for big players because prices are extremely expensive if you compare with other hostings.

Flaunt7 is not stable. Google "flaunt7 reviews" many customers are not happy.
