Nope never worked with Vworker, I have worked with eLance though and Freelancer.
At the end of the day though I much prefer oDesk, but its all about hiring right. Here is a good article on how to hire a programmer/developer properly

Thanks superlinks, I'm growing tired of oDesk since I caught 2 developers trying to lie about web sites that they claimed to have worked on.
I had to email the site owners to find out I was being mislead with false information.
