You don't get rich and stay rich by blowing money. I don't think there's anything wrong with what you're doing. Just think of yourself as a money collector, that's what I like to call it.

The banks must love you if you do have money there so they get to use your money and bank at your expense. You ought to invest your money in long term investments because the banks are going under. They know it. Did you know that banks are limiting the amount of money customers can take out? Go Google it and you'll find out why you ought to invest your money and not leave it in the hands of criminals. Don't believe them when they claim that your money is insured up to $100K because they don't have the reserves to payout.

Cousins always ask why I don't get myself new clothes. I reply, "are you gonna buy clothes for me or what?" idiots. WORRY ABOUT YOURSELF! shit.

I do know what I'm saving up for though.

Jokes aside, I was once like that. I did not spent a single buck on things that were not vital for me, of course I was fucking broke at the time, I wanted to make my business grow, so I saved up and invested like a maniac. Things went alright and money started to be abundant, but I was fixed in the same state of mind, I was programmed to save money from all those years being broke.

When I did not had a dime to my name I always watched big spenders and thought "fuck them, they'll never go beyond their income level if they are not able to save some money. And I was right. The problem was that I started to put evil characteristics on people who bought all the stuff they wanted to buy. I programmed myself to think that was evil to spend like that (all this subconsciously)

But in time I realized what being poor for so long created in me. I was hording money for the sake of it, I was just too comfortable and used to having just enough clothing and shit, if you live your life in some way for years, it's not natural to change that lifestyle, to change your routine.

Now I take care of myself as I should. I did not change hording money for hording clothing/video games/etc. I just spend in things I like and would like to have. Maybe you should look at yourself and analyze if you are comfortable living like that or just too damn used to it.

Either way, spending or not, you'll be happy if you are comfortable with yourself. Just keep in mind, both ends (extremes) of the spectrum can be bad.

If your biggest happiness comes from seeing bigger bank accounts, you've got a couple options:

(1) Plow some of it back into your business or a new venture
(2) Create a portfolio of investments

Do what makes you happy.

You can start with travelling, your money will be spent fast and worth every cent

Just keep collecting the money until you can live off by it for the rest of your life and then enjoy retirement of doing nothing
