Obscure Joint Venture

This on is a little random compared to the other JV's you might see on here. Anyways, I want to start an anime website with tons of downloads, reviews, wallpapers, forum board everything. I would need someone who can do the web design part though because I don't think WP would cut it for this one. Anyways I have SEnuke and a couple other marketing tools so I could get some decent traffic to the site. Paid & Free but cap the free download limit to start.
