Largest number of ads I ran were on Google Ads. Ad rejections do occur, but when an affiliate program allows brand bidding, the profitability is truly high. It's similar on Bing Ads, unfortunately with the difference that nutra campaigns are rejected more often than on Google.

I’ve run nutra on Meta for clients using blackhat methods and got very good results. What mattered most was the angle, prelander flow, and not rushing the scale. If the account is warmed properly and changes are done slowly, Meta can spend big and stay alive longer

From what I’ve seen, testing multiple offers and traffic sources is key some convert much better than others. Also testing different ad angles, pre‑landers, and GEOs usually gives clearer winners faster than pumping one campaign hard. And don’t forget to monitor CTR/CPL closely nutra niches can tank fast if creatives or landing pages aren’t aligned with user intent.
