November: FB Cloaking | Rejected ads | Aged accounts

Hey guys,
Hope you're well.
Ok, so, I'm currently using a 'company' that is running my FB cloaking campaign.
The accounts are aged from D.F and warmed up.
Ads keep getting rejected and accounts banned immediately.
Is it likely to be a problem with the accounts?
