Here are my web and my competitor web site results .. i think overall my site is best but i cant beat the competitor
like to know your idea about this
Kw competition is pretty low around 200 to 300 monthly searches

• On page optimization
• Also check backlinks on SEmrush

And you site is new maybe so need to wait a bit longer.

My site is 1 and half year old and competitor site is 5 year old

page speed 3.8s mine competitor 4S
we both have equal contents on home page
