Oh I've thought that you are doing more than 10 articles per day. Yes if there are articles submitted by other users I think it's ok for more than 10 articles per day. Just let google know that you don't only post but other users as well post. This will actually help you in the eyes of google. I also didn't know it was a forum. Forums are an exception but you have to have a mechanism that shows that other users post on your website and you just don't inflate the posts yourself.

He already posted 8K pages and you suggesting to post more. It's not about keywords, the website is either flagged or sandboxed.
