Not able to index my backlinks

I tried some paid tools and social signals but still indexing rate is very low. Still waiting for july 2021 backlinks to get index.
Gone through multiple thread on BHW but all suggestions are confusing and seems blackhat to me.
any whitehat or safe way to get it index?
For all of us please only answer if you tested your method successfully in 2021.

Can you tell a little more about your backlinks? Which way you reach them?

all backlinks are created by me manually profile, bookmark, comments, image, classified, some are guest.
I am using semrush and moz to get prospect backlinks

All type of links, besides guest posts, need to be improved by tier 2 and even tier 3 backlinks for faster indexing. So, try to use gsa or xrumer for creating tier-2 backlinks on your backlinks that are indexing very slow.

Thanks for your suggestion, I am still learning seo, only have one doubt is it safe?

It safe only for tier-2 and tier-3 backlinks, but don't use gsa and xrumer for creating direct links on your website - it can cause problems for your project. Try to use small amount of profile backlinks - it can be useful only for diversification link profile of your website, but they are useless at all for other goals

Okay thanks for your valuable advice, do you think increasing content on backlink will improve indexing? or it require unique content for indexing backlink now?

It's very important to use unique content. It will be good using content more than 3000 symbols. If you want to find unique content for free, try to use expired domains + webarchive. On expired domains you can find expired domains by keywords. After finding necessary domains you need to use webarchive for finding archived posts on this expired domains. If pages of such websites droped out from the index it will not be a problem for use it.

it's a playable character in a video game. I was making fun of the guy who told you to use Omega (he probably meant OmegaIndexer or something like that) but never gave the full name of that Omega thing :)
 
If your content is bad and the backlinking site has a bad reputation, then Google won't index the links no matter what you do. The links may get indexed after a few months if the quality is not extremely poor. In the worst case scenario, you can index them by creating backlinks.

Yes I can find that my content are not bad but they are mostly repetitive like I have posted same bio in all profile links, and content quantity is less, Now with you people insights I am working on first content quality of all my backlinks than go for tire backlinks, Thanks
