I never said that bots aren’t a thing, I just said that bots will destroy your YouTube channel. And yes iam here since 8 years and if you would be too you would know that it’s harder than ever to grow with bots because almost every Plattform has restricted bots and shadow bans those you use them. That common knowledge lmao

If something doesn't work for you it doesn't mean there is no solution you may just be an unsuccessful at it

Can I ask your niche? I uploaded 30 shorts & got 50 views total thus far (entrepreneur niche)
 
Okay, you all seem to agree that bots are a very bad idea. I'll listen to the conventional wisdom on this one.
I've been discussing this with people in a Discord room and it ties in with what @sageshark was saying: you have to "draw" people in, even if it means making a bit of a racy headline.
I took one of the guides we got in a newsletter, to improve the SEO of videos.
It's just that I find it a bit frustrating to have a Twitter account with 37.4k followers and to see that my videos are barely getting 450 views.
Does changing the publishing time have any impact? For example, I've scheduled a video for tomorrow (Monday) for 6pm. Is that too late? Too early?​

I don't recommend botting your videos until it is very necessary. If you know that your channel content is good, just give it a little more time to gain traction.
 
There are several simple methods that cam be used:
1. Botting. Deliver views, likes and comments to your videos slowly to look natural.
2. Ads.
3. Share your videos on social network especially reddit.
4. Post interesting or provocative comments on popular videos and channel. People click your channel to see your content.
5. Upload videos permanently.

It's just that sometimes it's hard not to get discouraged, and I admit that patience is not one of my qualities.
