I have some beginner's questions.
I have started a channel and the number of views is a bit low.
Will using a bot to increase the number of views have an impact on the highlighting of videos?
Are bots that give likes to videos safe?
I would like to point out that the channel is not monetized and is still far from reaching the criteria required for monetization.
It is a popularization channel, with short videos. At the moment there are only two videos, but I launched it this week.
I've planned my schedule to go online—Mondays and Wednesdays at 6pm—I've shared on social networks, I've put lots of hashtags.
I scoured the forum too.
But it's true my view count is getting me down, and I'd like to help nature.
Thanks for your insights :)

To be honest all those popular channels have been botted i mean there's no way that they could have so many views and subscribers without some sort of help it's just not possible i'm not saying that it's a bad thing and it will literally depend on the quality of your bot as to how successful it is in engaging

Basically, I have to go through a bot of some kind if I want to hope to increase my number of views?

You also will have to upload long videos as short videos watch time is not counted.

It will hurt your channel unless you use high quality bots with good proxies. Dont buy views from panels as its low quality.

Not worth it. Its the best to make quality content.

Make extremly high quality content and you will gain tons of views in no time. There is no shortcut.

My videos are already shorts : less than 5 minutes.

Not true.

Quality doesn't matter. It's an urban legend to believe that if you make great content, you will get tons of views and likes. It's the same lie as "work hard at school, you will get a great job".
No matter how great your content is you won't get anywhere if you don't have a method to promote it
Clearly. Great content is not enough.

You sound like a du**a** lmao then don't ask people if you know better.

That is so not True, started a channel yesterday, uploaded 10 shorts 2 of them have 10k views and 200likes each, the other ones around 1k and 50likes and 3 are not even listed by yt in the organic Traffic. Bots will destroy your channel and yt will ghost you. You dont really Need Promotion on YouTube. YouTube will List every video to a little audience and if your content is good and people like it they will show your video to a much bigger audience. This is stacking. Just Upload consistently and you will have sucess without using any promotions or bots. Use keywords and shorts and your channel will blow up.

Using the likes of bots and similar methods, if they work, it will cost a lot of headaches. Better make a bot that will distribute your video outside of YouTube. You can gain additional views and train YouTube to understand who to offer your video to.

It's been 8 years since you joined BlackHatWorld LMFAO Bots are a thing in the internet marketing world and you're missing out on a lot

I strongly advice not to use any bots. Instead focus on creating awesome, useful and interesting content. Youtube algorithms are very smart and they will identify your strategy and once they identify it you will be out of their favour.

Youtube organically promotes interesting content. If people are watching your videos for longer time then it automatically suggests it to other users. This way your views are increased naturally. This is the best way to increase view count.

Remember not all 'good' content is 'interesting'. There is a difference between good content and interesting content. For example if you created a video about 5 important facts in America's history in a plain PPT presentation format. Even the information is valuable and good, people will be bored and will leave your videos. Instead, if you create the same video in 5 minutes craft style (moving slides, attractive music, catchy animation, someone as an anchor/presenter, fast moving scenes, etc.)

Hope I managed to explain my point.

Mind my words. This is a genuine advice from someone who is having videos in youtube with millions of ORGANIC views. (Little bit boosting is never bad :D )

Clearly. Great content is not enough.
Well you can try. At the moment, two videos posted two days a week, and only 5 minutes long isn't really enough. Maybe you can post shorts during the week.

Bot views are harmful for the growth of channel. Focus on organic views.

You say that as if this is 2012 and the likes of YouTube haven't figured out how to counter bot views already.

Anti-bot systems at YouTube have gotten very good over time. If you bot more than 1k views, Most of them will get dropped by the end of the month.

Even if they don't, youtube has a decent idea if you have bottled your channel and if you do, they slam your possibility of getting organic reach. You basically get shadowbanned and reduce your chances of getting into recommendations.

Play by the rules and you have a chance of getting rewarded by the algorithm. Break them and the algorithm will definitely not treat you well.

Actually Both legends are literally true.

If you make great contents and do basic seo like having a great thumbnail and good description , you will have a successful channel.

If you work hard at school you will have a great job.

Now don't confuse mediocre for excellence.

Excellence always stands out.
