I co-own a concierge company out of Las Vegas where we get a lot of odd requests (see where this is going?). Most high rollers don't like the idea of a prostitute that they could go get at a brothel or bunny ranch because any dipshit with $200 can do that. They want fresh blood, something they can spoil and corrupt basically. So they pay extraordinarily high amounts of money for these girls, and they want them in higher blocks of time. So, for example, instead of a couple hours, we're talking a few days minimum - sometimes up to a month or two.

I obviously, get a cut. The girls always love doing it, its an adventure and they come home with ten, twenty, thirty, sixty thousand, etc. Which we help them slowly introduce into their accounts to not raise flags. Their family is none the wiser, they use all sorts of excuses since I have a few modeling companies and promotions companies to hide the trip behind for the laymen who doesn't really look into it (read: their family/friends/coworkers etc). Once I talk to the women, its really not hard at all to get them on my list when a job comes around, then I play match maker and see who fits best with my clients etc.

The girls get first class airfare, security, shopping at all the hot stores, wining and dining, you name it. Currently I actually have to fill a job by tomorrow night (ugh!) for two girls to fly out early next week for a month. But each gets paid $30,000 + spoiled the entire time, and just with one man. The thing is, the clients (even after i play match maker) sometimes want a few to choose from, so I not only have to find two girls that would do good with him/them, I have to find like six.

My point of saying all of this, hopefully without too much scrutiny, is I'm looking for some better ways to...recruit. Right now, its word of mouth, or me acting as a pimp speaking to girls who I can tell are all about the mighty dollar and bitching about wanting more money/stuff. Easy sell...
I really don't like doing the whole pimp act. I'm a geek, I like being a geek, and going up to girls and saying "bitch, you wana make some mothafuckin money?" isn't exactly my thing (don't worry, i don't actually say that...often).

If anyone has any ideas, I'm more than happy to hear them. Maybe some good CL tactics? Setting up a website? How would I keep it all...legalish?

its called a sugar daddy, google it, there are entire dating websites dedicated to it. if thats what your talking about...

Watched a documentary actually the other evening on this type of thing. The guys all stayed at this hotel and got to choose who they wanted to date/fuck basically and had chance to swap if they didn't like etc. They may end up staying with them for the evening for the duration of the "stay/vacation". These were high class business men and like you said pay alot of money for the service as these girls are like slaves. It was in some asain place, not too sure.

i dont know what this is classed as, but in my eyes i guess it's being an Escort/Gig obviously not money for sex but anything and everything but as a concierge as it's at the "hotel/villa/complex".

I live in Vegas and I know many many girls that do this, non-pros. I sometimes give them a ride in my Viper to see their clients.

For the haters of this. You are given tools to do what you can. I am 6' 200 pounds and very strong, I went to work in the oilfield. Made great money.

If I was a woman, I would be a stripper or prostitute. Use the tools you have. If you want to succeed in life that is what you do. Don't hate.

As for a way to find these girls, I would set up an account on a sugar daddy website for one. Then just explain to them what is going on. If they are down, great, if not just move on.

You could also put an ad up at the college. Something about auditions for something...rent a room to have the auditions in.

I am moving to vegas very soon, and would be more then willing to help you out with something like this. Either way, I was going to do something like this anyways. I have dated girls that did bachelor parties and shit like that. I was going to open up a business like that...girls that do private parties.

I know about the sugar daddy websites but my clients actually don't want these girls knowing about the whole thing before they sign up. So for example, they want me to convince these girls to do it all just for the idea of adventure and some guy who wants to have an adventure as well, but he is willing to pay for the vacation etc. None of my guys are that bad looking, so its not that hard of a sell to young women looking to experience life.

The men can be sugar daddies all day long, and they enjoy doing it, but not when they feel they HAVE to. Its like volunteer work vs paid labor, when you're paid to do something you love doing but you have to do it no mater what or you loose ____, then it looses its luster.

Most of these guys also I have found out recently, would pay more and even prefer non traditional hookers all together. They like the idea of being able to throw money around or their status and convince a girl into being with them, than just paying the right amount of money to someone who is already for sale.

I've got a few ideas I'm mulling around, and I can still use some hookers and some gold diggers, but the BIG paydays are on girls who aren't already truly corrupt. If i could capitalize on that, pull out the 80/20 rule, decrease my risk and only work with the highest of the high end, that would be optimal. Then, as Tek420 said, I can pay some guy who wants to be a badass pimp to do my other leg work. The issue is, it takes a LOT of time trying to get these bitches to break themselves and go do a job for me. Its great pay, but I want to streamline this.

Any ideas on helping me profile women? I need to pick through the mass herds and get to the girls who are just adventurous, spontaneous, want to experience life, love their bodies and enjoy every aspect of life. These girls are quick sales, doesn't even take more than 20mins of in person conversation, after that if i snap my fingers I could get those panties to drop.

Oh, and wish me luck - Just got a "mistress" order that came in yesterday. These guys don't even want to find their own mistresses. They're offering a house, car, and ____ per month to these girls, just to be AVAILABLE to the same clients for the vacations and pampering and payments etc.! And then i would get a fee on top to keep these girls in line and with things to do. Hah, its a crazy world out there!

I also wanted to just note since ive gotten quite a few emails from different people offering to help me find ladies. I've set up an affiliate type system with the girls, if you find the girl for me and do the interview then she's listed under you and you get a commission of whatever job she takes.

Its not a large percentage by any means, but its a few hundred here and a thousand there. Percentage doesn't have to be high in order to make good money. Obviously, the better the quality of women is, the more chances they have of getting the big jobs, which pay better. Average hookers I usually can't use for anything but a night or a weekend and they don't pay ME that great on those things.
