No traffic, what's the issue?

I need some guidance. So the ecommerce website has been live for less than 6 months and no traffic so far. It's a pretty new website with more than 500 pages and product pages. No physical location and everything is online only.

The site has no clear structure, no keywords on the homepage, thin content and not user friendly content for blogs, and many other issues. These are some issue I spotted but I’m looking for ideas on why there’s no organic traffic despite it being lived for nearly half a year and what steps I can take to improve it. I’m thinking about adding schema markup, but I’d like some other suggestions too. What are some ideas you guys think that might be causing this issue and what are some suggestion for improvement?

Thanks for responding! How can I improve this since there's no physical location? Should I create location pages and would it help since there's no location but serve only online? I'm debating if I should or not. The main goal is to get some organic traffic first.
