They're either kicked off serps or in pos: 80-200.

A network that isn't cheap, that is accepting game hack niches is disgustingly immoral, in my opinion. They are putting all of their clients at risk.

Obviously there's many other reasons why the network may have been deindexed, but that is a massive red flag to me considering google will actively penalize game hack sites.

There really should be stricter requirements

To be honest, the only ones I've seen that refuse those sites do tend to be on the cheaper end.

The expensive ones (niche excluded) don't tend to.

No offence, but maybe you should hold back before calling judgement or leaving snide, indirect remarks.

Genesis PBN, as of today, is 100% indexed - no issues at all. I have already spoken to @LuckyCharm007 and all is good. No issues on our end. I know several sellers on BHW who have had their entire networks wiped out this week.

Just because we use SPP for our order handling doesn't mean it was us that got hit. Cmon, seriously? I've been building PBN's since 2012. Each year I get better at doing it and each year my deindex rates drop massively. We currently carry out multiple index checks DAILY. We take care of our network unlike other sellers.

You have a strange definition of "immoral," I have PBNs packed with content from blackhat niches and they hardly ever get deindexed. Just because a site has articles about game hacks / payday / etc doesn't mean the network will get deindexed... just means the seller did a shitty job of covering his tracks.
 
If @LuckyCharm007 is able to send me a domain from the PBN service that got him hit, I could look into it and come back with a detailed report on exactly why they may have been hit (without giving away the sellers details of course). Maybe that'd help :)

Most of the time people over react and are quick to blame their PBN link provider since that's the easiest option.

Give this "update" time to settle. Don't make any rash decisions and like @LuckyCharm007 is doing, do some homework/digging on your site and find out exactly what the problem could be - such as checking WMT for deindexed links, etc.

Panicking in a situation like this is always going to cause more trouble.
 
Since other providers are posting, I figured I'd chime into say that all of our networks are fine, too.
And since we get to see what happens to clients' rankings - in addition to watching rankings for our own sites that aren't using public PBNs - I think it's safe to say that there's been an update over the last week that affected lots of people but had nothing to do with PBN links. That's not to say that some network(s) haven't been hit - just that there's definitely something else going on.

I'm just saying that if I was going to pay a large amount, for a premium service, I would expect not to have my money site shared with coc hack sites etc. You'd think the provider would prioritize precautions over 5% more business.


If they're not getting fucked for it now, why can't they in the future? All they'd need to do is google coc crack and see where the pbn links are coming from.

You are right that deindex is likely due to other reasons - I just feel like this shit is too close to the fire

I disagree with your premise, to a manual reviewer, how is...

"Find the best weight loss supplement"
Followed by
"Find the best random tool review"

Any different than
"Find the best weight loss supplement"
Followed by
"Find the best Zelda BOTW hack"

They both look bad, but regarding mass deindexing, it's irrelevant. Clearly the seller either
A) didn't block bots
B) didn't change SOA emails
C) didn't use multiple hosts
D) didn't use unique WHOIS
E) emailed the actual live links to customers and was infiltrated

Or something like this, after all, Google has to find all of the blogs to deindex them, it seems he just made it too easy.
 
Don't just start disavowing. In most cases disavow is a waste of time.
