I had two sites which recently dropped off Google SERPs all mostly at #1-10. No manual action at all. Shall I disvow all my links or only a few of them?

Be sure that the cause are the links and not something else, like content or onpage SEO :) No point in disavowing all backlinks, just the obvious spammy ones :)

I wouldn't do anything yet. These big updates take weeks to settle. I've seen sites completely disappear and then reappear out of nothing during and after the big updates.

Three sites of mine tanked. I found a correlation, all three had links from a well-known (and not cheap) network on BHW. I went through all my links and found out his whole network was de-indexed. Waiting for his confirmation via PM to start disavowing links.

Without going into specifics, did this seller send you reports via gmail or google docs? Just out of curiosity.

Damnnn I'd be pissed. If you could PM me the seller that would be phenomenal. I just hope the seller rebuilds his PBN or somehow you get some sort of reimbursement

Not until he respond to my PM, sorry. I don't want to throw dirt at someone or a service without getting an explanation on what happened. The keywords I targeted were all in the top 5; I was hoping this service would bring me into the top 3. I do hope I'll get a refund, considering the fact that the service was ordered less than a month ago.

Was it PBNs that would get spammed? (Not permanent home page posts)

Were they strict on who to accept, or would they allow payday loans, game hack niches etc?

Also how old were the links? Edit: just saw your last post - unlucky!

I also noticed a network getting deindexed, there were a lot of bad niches accepted, and it was heavily spammed

I have a site which has gone through four separate algorithmic penalties over the last three months and recovered from all of them. Only one was links related, the others were on-page. So make sure you know why you've been hit before doing anything. Are your keywords all around page 13 - 16?

I still think that you guys should disavow at least spammy backlinks
But I hope these update don't include penguine.

Google maybe just trying something and we need to wait for 1 month to get our sites on the track.

- The PBNs looks like real sites, I was genuinely impressed with how good they looked. The link profile is as clean as it gets.
- I saw a few game hacks anchor/articles, but not a lot
- Not even 3 weeks old.

About 3 of my websites tanked. 2 out of 3, I have not done any seo for them for over 7+ months, if not more. The other 1 is currently been seo-ed. So I cannot place my finger on what might have caused it.

I will do a testing on one of them. Add some fresh articles and some social signals. To see if it will regain its position (It was ranking 4th position before the update, now 7 f**king 9! - 79).

But if you ask me, the best thing to do now is wait until everything settles down.
