You can use your own domain - create as many email accounts as you want - send 250 daily emails each.

They might be dealing with either pre-warmup senders or free email APIs like Outlook or Office. Such services cannot handle the cold mailing in the long term. Even today AI cannot bypass inboxes directly cause the receiver end has spam triggers which are based on word cases and url's.

You'd end up burning the domain and landing in spam with that mate. We only do 30 emails per day per account (cold) and 20 warm ups alongside that on each.
