I am looking for a FreeLancer to create a Twitter link sniper.
Here is an example of a program like this: (check link 1 in attached doc) All links are in the bitly bundle on the link in the image attached.
The one above is web based but this one can be web based, a Chrome extension, or any other platform that will work on both OS X and Windows.
At a specific time (8AM EST) on a specific day (Usually Saturdays), Nike tweets out a link to purchase the newest sneakers. The sneakers are very limited and sell out almost instantly.
I need a program that will actively monitor Nikestore's twitter account (check link 2 in attached doc) using Twitter's API and as soon as the send out the tweet, the program grabs the link and immediately opens it and adds the shoe to cart!

I already have the add to cart script which is a Google Chrome add on, and I will provide it to the FreeLancer.
THE PROGRAM MUST BE VERY FAST, IT HAS TO OPEN THE LINK INSTANTLY TO BEAT OTHER BOTS.

Requirements:
- Must open the link INSTANTLY in Google Chrome
- Must be able to do this in under 1 second
- Must be able to monitor Nikestore's twitter
- Must be faster than the bot in the video above
- Must be cross-platform, preferably web based (I have a domain and hosting)
- or a Google Chrome extension
- The program must be license/key protected. I either have a Keygen that I use to make keys for people. they keys are one time one device use. I am able to revoke keys so that the program stops working for that person. We based is better so that the person has a log-in
