Niche relevant Instagram engagement bots?

I have an idea, I am sure this service exists somewhere but I haven't found it yet.
Basically:

The problem: buying Instagram followers/likes/views gets your these metrics from random accounts that clearly appear as low quality traffic/manipulation in instagram's eyes.

The solution: targetted bots that also interact regularly with 10-20 pages in the same niche, share your posts with other users, leave relevant comments and engage regularly.

Does anyone know of such a service or are willing to provide it?

I imagine if you knew of an alternative you would have already said so.... but do you maybe have any idea of where to look or who to ask about this who might have more details? Maybe some kind of custom instagram bot network?

Would be a great business if you could provide that

Hootsuite provides you with the functionality to manage your interactions, which generally do not involve bots.
