What would you do? Assume you have several domain names in the "document management" + major city and major city +"document management format.

Yea I like the lead referrer idea. I talked with one company and they said they could only spend like 500 for both combos in their city, which seemed low since "document management" is a really expensive keyword. Do you know of any good themes for a lead generating website?

Well I checked them out but the Wordpress ones that they had in a bundle looked a bit 2008, if that was the pack you ment?

Nope, I saw it as a psd file. You can edit it and convert it to a basic html one or to a wordpress theme if needed.
Don't forget to bcc a copy of the leads to yourself so that later you can account for all of it and offer the website to competitors if they start paying less.

Cool man thanks. I have yet to make a venture into the referral business but I think of the satellite sites I have setup for plastic surgeons and how many contacts they get every day off them...that's $$. Kinda got me thinking that I should be getting a cut of that and just owning the site myself.

This is a great opportunity if you use it right. I would find a template, apply it to all the sites, do some quick research/outsourcing to get some applicable local content up, as well as content about document management in general, and quickly build sites that look and feel completely legit in a few days.
As to what you were saying about plastic surgeon sites - if you can find a way to get in the middle of transactions on this as well, you would definitely benefit more than just selling the sites. Over time you'd have some good recurring income.
