Next Level 2: Static vs. Dynamic Websites. Which is Best For SEO

We all know there are lot of CMS platform where we develop websites like ( local business, eCommerce, and other things etc).

Well i am looking for suggestions from the experts. Do you think Dynamic websites are much better, if we need to develop a local business directory search engine using PHP and laravel. What is your command on it ?

Static is definitely much better to manage from SEO perspective.

content is the best for SEO
and after, the speed.
Of course, if your loading page > 5s, start to optimise the speed.
But if you are not tech, use wordpress with a light theme (divi, optipress....), and write content, content, content
And you will rank for sure

Any website is static if you set up a proper caching system by default. Is very hard to maintain a site which you will update it regularly if you build just a few static pages and then keep adding more; the labour work and interlinking will be very annoying.

I am far from beeing an expert but this is my opinion.
