Can you just report these members instead of posting about them here?
That depends on what they've posting. If they're posting the exact same review or order confirmation number, report it. If they're cross-posting in sales threads (e.g., ordering from one sales thread, but posting the same order confirmation/review in all of the seller's sales thread), report that as well. If they're spamming review copy/trial requests, report it.
I'm aware. I went through the marketplace last week and removed a plethora of review copy/trial requests.
While not something I'd encourage, it's not explicitly prohibited on the forum. However, if the replies are both excessive and short (rule 3.5), or if you think a user is posting fake service inquiries just to boost their post count (and yes, I've caught people doing this before), then feel free to send in a report and one of us will look into it.
Anyway, I've already answered @Festinger's question above and at this juncture, we're not even discussing post count inflation in the introductions section.
