Hi everyone, complete newbie here starting up in the affiliate marketing world. I apologize if someone already answered this in depth but I couldn't find too much info in old posts.
I know this may be something that I should think about later since I haven't started generating significant revenue but can anyone give me advice on what kind of legal entity I should be setting up? (I will be working alongside 1 other friend and we are both US citizens living in California.)
I read a lot of people doing LLC's or S Corps (or even LLC's that are treated as S Corps). Which route did you guys opt for and what was the mindset behind your choice? Also, is it better to have your entity set up in Delaware, Nevada, or Wyoming?
Any advice would really help - thanks in advance for your time!
