SERPBook is a great tool, as mentioned already above. It's not free, but fairly inexpensive. Any kind of free solution is going to take up so much more of your time that the fairly low monthly cost for SERPBook is going to be worth your money. Or SERPLab, which I haven't tried, but is probably also fine.

I use serplab. You can get a fair amount of keywords for free, and the paid plan is from only $5 per month. Works well for me and seems to be accurate the vast majority of the time.

Try serplab, with free version you will be able to track 25 keywords with ease.
While the paid version also works good I am using that from past 2 years.
