Newbie question about proxies

Hey there, this is my first post here.

I have 4 Instagram accounts, one of them is my private account that only my friends follow. I want to start using an Instagram automation tool (probably GMT2) for my other 3 accounts. I've read that you need to use a proxy if you have more than 3 accounts. I have 4, but I'm only going to be botting on 3 of them. So do I need a proxy or not?

Keep in mind that im a complete botting noob and I guess the answer might be obvious for most of you.

You should use only one proxy per account if you want botting tbh.
But it's up to you, using the same IP for 4 accounts can lead all of them to ban even your private account.

You can use 1proxy for at most 5accounts.
Because the Instagram itself allows having 5accounts with 1IP.
But remember, the power of the proxy should be the maximum amount to support 5accounts, and it should be dedicated, otherwise, it is better to use a proxy for each account.

You can run your accounts without proxies IF you not doing agressif setting. Otherwise, you better get proxies

So I could run my 4 accounts without using a proxy, even if I'm botting, as long as I'm careful? If not, should I run my 3 botting accounts on the same dedicated proxy?

If you only going to be botting 4 accounts you don't need to buy or use a proxy. You can just use your home ip (when adding your proxies to the bot don't enter anything for the proxy) Since your IP is probably a residential IP that's never been used for spam you can easily run your 4 accounts with aggressive settings.

You can run 5 acc's w/o a proxy. I run 4 acc too with Jarvee, and its all fine.

Sounds good! I really hope that I'll be safe because I've put in a lot of work to my photography account so I don't want it banned
