Newbie IG + OGads need some help

Hello guys. I want to start earn some real money with IG + Ogads but have some questions before start to invest. I read a lot info on BHW but also I still can not find a concrete info.
So my questions.. What is better to buy PVA Instagram accounts or Non-PVA Instagram accounts ? and why ?

PVA, there’s less chance of the accounts getting flagged or banned

PV is very common for Instagram. Doesn't matter if you buy Non PVA or PVA but you still have to PV the accs eventually.
