Hello Guys,
Am wandering this site for the past 2-3 weeks now and its really great. I would like to be a Jr VIP and post my article writing service to all, but lacking $$ at the moment. I appreciate if you have any other option for me ?

I was working with freelancer . com for 7 years and made some good money earlier. But due to some personal reasons, I was out of work for the past 1 year and my profile went down in searcg results, Its difficult to get work now after this gap.

Contact your clients back to see if they have any work for you, maybe? it works great!

Competition has become very tough whether to get a job or project. I'm sure you'll find a solution soon, all the best!

It'd be better if you/mods first check that his service will add some value to marketplace or not otherwise we'll see many threads like this.
 
You have taken the very first step wanting to provide services. Some quick tips that helped me.

1. Network on forums just like this one.
2. Submit services to all platforms to extract clients from those platforms such as F iverr, Up work, people b y the hour , the list goes on and on.
3. Know your service and who it is for , having a general service from my experince will net less profit , being specialized for a industry or niche will help you in the long run.
4. Once you know your target audience pick up the phone , this one is so over looked and has landed me 50% of my clients.
5. Referrals , referrals , referrals , get a name and a number from your clients or better yet get the introduction.
6. Upsell , selling a client more is easier than getting new clients.
7. Your last client was your best client , never forget .
8. Stay hungry
