New YouTube Prank Channel. + Review

hello everyone!
we created a new prank channel and would like to hear opinions from different people and maybe some magic advice... me and my teammate in one year worked hard to film a lot of videos and to analyse youtube. to start channel we uploaded our few favorite videos and after six days results are very sad. it's absolutely disaster... we expected more than this... we tried to promote videos mostly on facebook but there wasn't big luck with that... views and subs almost not increasing and stopped.

Well, if building a big channel was that easy, everyone would have his own 1M subs prank channel, right?

Try collaborate with local youtubers.
"Prank xy WITH YOUTUBER XY"
Just tell them you got a nice idea for a video, start with small channels and work your way up.
Keep making videos - like one or two per week and promote them as best as you can.
Hope one of your fb posts / yt videos goes viral.
If you got money to invest, get in touch with sellers who can bring your video to the frontpage.

Have you messaged all your friends already that you started a channel?
It's essentially to have a viewerbase that you can rely on - especially in the beginning. Also, showing your stuff to your friends will ensure you stick to it and produce high quality content.

thanks for suggestions. to friends, yes i've messaged to them. and what do you mean by saying to get in touch with sellers? you mean buy views...?
 
Very good channel, don't buy views, if YouTube catch you, your channel will be deleted.
 
You have to network my friend and advertise and collab like crazy.. youtube is extremely competitive now this no 2007 its 2017 you have to work harder and longer than a 9-5 produce amazing content to get big now back in youtube earlier days you could pst rubbish and get big.. be prepared to graft my friend food luck
 
I normally don't like these prank channels, but this one is pretty funny. The quality of the content is pretty high. I'm surprised you don't have more views.

Aids Prank Gone Wrong would be a funny video.
 
going to try strategy to upload every other day. i heard that's a good strategy...
 
im subscribed to over 20 prank channels so im familiar with the space

your videos were not interesting, and there was no prank. they were just odd social performances. there is plenty of space on YT for social experimentation, but these offered no value. ppl just kind of looked at you puzzled.

im not saying you can't make it, and the other ppl on this thread are correct - collabs will def increase your view count.

sadly the fastest way to stardom in the YT prank world are:
1) outrageous fake prank (vitaly)
2) violence (ex - selling drugs in the hood gone wrong)
3) sex (ex putting shampoo in bikini babes' hair while showering at the beach)
