Ok guys, a new version is available for download. You will now have the option to add up to 5 custom text boxes, all with the click of a button! The download link is the same link.

Right Guys, I've updated again.

You now have the option to specify if the you want the plugin to auto-reply to messages sent.

The download link is the same. If you do not have it, post here in the thread and I will PM you the link.

Can you use the php mail function from your domain, cause it is working my side. Also, did you click the checkbox to receive mail?
