Ok i have created new website

I have indexed it in google

Now next what to start first

Backlink
Social signals
Article submissions

What to start first can explain the steps i am new on this...

Uhm, content creation? Backlinks, social signals, article submissions are all pretty useless if you don't have any content on your site lol.

Its just i am selling social media services now what content should i put in that ?
 
make first a interesting good page than start about thinking of backlinks.

create a fb , yt ext ..... is a good way to start.
 
Best you will start from social media because through this you will get real user for your site and then optimize your site using on page seo and do good quality backlinks using guest posting, article submission, social blog posting, etc..
 
IMO it also depends on what you're selling and the country you're from. If you have a strong page then i doubt it will be hard to get users to your site. Like many people have mentioned, try to create interesting content and maybe linking them to your site. Social media also plays an important role sending social signals that affects seo as well.
 
First create informative articles for your site and get some pages index naturally by Google.
Create Social media pages for your site and share all posts and get some followers by sharing on related groups.
After get quality backlinks for your site with real traffic blogs.
 
Start with social media. And create some useful content on the site that people will share - actionable tips, giveaways etc.

Get some followers and some sharing started.

Then start building some backlinks after you have some progress on the social front.

The last thing you want to do is be in a rush to start your offsite seo. It takes time.

3.Article submission & backlinks

prepare an editorial calender if possible (Layouts available on the web)
and do all the above in a schedule.
