It's kinda complex, depends on the monthly search volume the keywords gets, the competition for that keyword and the white hat seo elements of your site (basically the webpage, the content and the seo settings).
If everything is fine with the site, then I would be optimistic considering that, I am having a powerful domain.
But reaching the first page within a month is not that easy - even for a well built website targeting a small keyword with low competition.

Not really, there are various factors that affect ranking of a keyword.
competition, keyword difficulty, seo, etc.
Like other fellow mates have already mentioned, even though you get the website with its old contents and try to get it ranked for the same keywords it ranked for before, it is going to take more than a month.
You can't simply get back online and get ranked right, each website needs to go through the meditation period.

Within a Month is not possible for new blogs.
First check your expired domain old keyword rankings may be your domain have any old ranking for any pages previously means then try the keywords and pages first. Those pages want to work properly 1st then only you will get the low bounce rate for ranking pages and then concentrate your new keywords.

actually, I got a PBN within a new domain ranking on the first page (6th position 10k+ search per month foreign keyword) within a week +- using a bunch of really cheap PBNs
but that within a low competition keyword
It all depends on the domain, your on-page and how strong are the links pointing to this domain,
but practically, for low competition KWDs that can be done
for higher ones, maybe using some really strong links and they will do the job

not at all,
you can start getting PBN links since the 1st day,
just don't go crazy with too many super cheap & low-quality ones,
get quality PBN links progressively and you'll start seeing improvements by the time

The expired domain name has more than 150 backlinks from different root domain names. If I only use Guest Post backlinks、Niche Edit Backlinks, Web2.0 instead of PBN. Is it possible to increase the ranking of keywords to the homepage?
My website was launched the day before yesterday, and the brand word of the website was on the homepage of Google yesterday.
I saw matthewwood's article on expired domain names a few days ago, and he used expired domain names to build a new website. The new website has been online for about a month. Basically, no backlinks have been added, and get a first featured snippet has been obtained on the first page of Google.
The competitors in my target market are some large-scale authoritative websites. I use the homepage to compete for their inner pages.
I checked the competitors on the homepage through Ahrefs. Their ranking pages are all internal pages and the number of backlinks is small. I think there is a great chance to surpass them in a short time.
It's just that the niche is similar, but the content and keywords are not the same.

I am big fans of premium domain, everyday we are bids on Goda**y. As per my experience, premium domains or expensive premium domains not guarantee you rank high.
